Professional Interests

What attracted me to the field of clinical psychology is the fact that one can work in a variety of settings (academic, clinical, legal, governmental, etc) with multicultural populations.

I find family systems work fascinating and look forward to working with families that are experiencing difficulties. It would also be a pleasure to work with adults and couples, who suffer from a variety of ailments.

I am also interested in the legal setting such as civil divorces & child custody proceedings and would be interested in court ordered family or individual psychological and parenting evaluations.

I may also be interested in working at the local, state, and maybe even at the national level facilitating policy change.

Right now, however, I am a full-time 5th-year grad student getting ready to begin the final stage of my academic training, internship.
